Scouted in Nov 2021, and signing with the Zombies for the Spring season of '22, The Flying Dutchman, Arnold Stellema brings his heritage as a speed skater to the Zombies offensive line.  

The Zombies acquired the Rockford Rocket in a trade from the IceHogs and the fans are thrilled to see the injection of energy into the bench and the offensive lineup.  Drawing on the depth of his year and a half of experience as a hockey player, he is excellent at taking up space on the ice while better players catch their breath.  

Striving each game to be a better player, A12 lives by the motto “If I can’t be competent, I will at least be incompetent in the right position!”  Lately his focus has been putting his fat ass in front of the goalie to block his view while others shoot.  2023 looks to be the season where he breaks his lifelong goalless streak and establishes himself as a powerhouse forward for the years to come.
